I hope you all enjoyed the amazing weather and cooked up lots of delicious food.

All this ridiculously nice weather and the long weekend has given me a chance to complete my latest endeavor: grilling on my boat.

When I proposed the idea of putting a grill on my boat all of my friends laughed and made fun of me yada yada yada….

However, once I figured out how to attach the grill and got it fired up, I heard no such comments as they chowed down on their burgers.

Yes, I know the burgers are premade and not quite gourmet but that’s all that was available and it still made one tasty hamburger.
