Thu, 23 Jul 2015 19:28:44 +0000http://www.groundupgourmet.com/?p=1221#comment-12303I’ve been ticketed for trespassing digging steamers under the high tide mark in border line of oyster bay and Huntington I the ( sand hole) I’be currently been given a ticket for trespassing from loyd harboue police and told I can’t clam any more. The law states anything under the high tide mark is state under water land. This area is a jetty extending into Long Island sound with a sandbar. The inlet runs into Camessett park ( oyster bay side) any help would be helpful.

Maybe I will try to find Louie's and buy some and then have the beach thing. Hmmm, thanks. :)a
