The law states anything under the high tide mark is state under water land. This area is a jetty extending into Long Island sound with a sandbar. The inlet runs into Camessett park ( oyster bay side) any help would be helpful.

Maybe I will try to find Louie's and buy some and then have the beach thing. Hmmm, thanks. :)a
